FORCE FITNESS® Refresher Course
This refresher course for current FORCE FITNESS® instructors focuses on reviewing the foundations of FORCE FITNESS®, discussing any format changes and learning new moves and exercises to add to one's FORCE FITNESS® choreography.
Facilities will need steps, floor mats, and an assortment of hand weights.
The tuition cost is $69.00 (US funds only)
